We are a team of educators, therapists, and parents who believe early intervention can be done differently and better. We came together with a shared goal: To build a programme we’d want for our own children. One that’s consistent, personalised, collaborative and led by people who understand what families need.

Our team brings experience across education, therapy, and child development. But beyond credentials, we share a practical, hands-on approach to supporting young children with developmental needs. We believe in building relationships with families, working collaboratively across disciplines, and creating an environment where children feel safe, seen, and supported.

We’re not bound by traditional models or fixed mindsets. At altSchool, we challenge assumptions, design from the child’s perspective, and focus on what actually works, not just what’s always been done. It’s a mindset we carry into every session, every conversation, and every child’s unique journey.
