Our Space

Our Montessori-inspired space at AltSchool is designed to be calm, open, and supportive. We use light wood tones, natural materials, and soft colours to reduce visual clutter and create a balanced environment for learning and therapy.

Each classroom features flexible stations that change based on group themes and individual goals. Natural light flows throughout the space, supporting focus and regulation.

Our central open area is used for movement activities, group learning, and therapy sessions.

The gym includes sensory-friendly elements such as a ball pit, climbing walls, and swings to support gross motor development and sensory regulation.

Outdoors, children can engage in water play and gardening, with opportunities for exploration and connection with nature. Self-contained toilets support independence, and the entire space is secured with CCTV and an electronic access system.

AltSchool’s environment is designed with intention and every element supports the way we work with children and families.
