Our Application Process
PARENT ENQUIRY

Interested parents can complete this form. Centre visits will be arranged directly through mobile or email.
REGISTRATION

Parents will be asked to fill out intake forms that gather vital information about your child's developmental history and specific needs.

Our Centre Manager will need to conduct an in-person initial assessment with your child. This is crucial for understanding the child’s needs and determining the most suitable class placement for them. This can occur at the same time as the centre visit. To secure your placement, payment of initial fees is also required.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Upon completion of forms and payment, we will confirm your child's start date. In preparation for their first day, we will arrange a 30-minute Parent Orientation, conducted either through a call or in person. Here, we will guide you through our processes, policies, and routines, ensuring a smooth transition
PARENT ORIENTATION

After registration is complete, the child is provisionally assigned to a class for a 4-week observation period. This allows a comprehensive evaluation of the child's adaptability to the class environment and interactions with peers.

A parent-teacher meeting will be arranged to go over your child’s Individualised Education Plan (IEP) and discuss his or her progress and suitability at altSchool and/or their class
